సంగారెడ్డి ప్రజలకు హరీశ్ రావు క్షమాపణ చెప్పాలని, సింగూరు, మంజీరాలను వెంటనే నింపాలని కాంగ్రెస్ నేత, సంగారెడ్డి ఎమ్మెల్యే జగ్గారెడ్డి డిమాండ్ చేశారు. సింగూరు-మంజీరా నీటి విషయంలో సీఎం కేసీఆర్ జోక్యం చేసుకోవాలని కోరారు. గ్రామాలకు మంజీరా నీళ్లు రాక ప్రజలు ఇబ్బంది పడుతున్నారని జగ్గారెడ్డి ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. సింగూరు నీళ్లను విడుదల చేయడమే తప్పని,  నింపుతామని చెప్పిన హరీశ్ రావు ఎందుకు అలక్ష్యం చేశారని ప్రశ్నించారు. హరీశ్ చేసిన అన్యాయంపై ఇంటింటికితిరిగి కరపత్రాలు పంచుతానని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

ఈనెల 18 నుంచి తన భార్యతో కలిసి రిలే నిరాహారదీక్ష చేస్తానని జగ్గారెడ్డి ప్రకటించారు. నీళ్లు నింపే వరకు దీక్షలు కొనసాగుతాయని హెచ్చరించారు. దీక్ష అనుమతి కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేశామనీ, అనుమతిస్తే శాంతియుతంగా దీక్ష చేస్తామనీ.. లేదంటే తలెత్తే శాంతిభద్రతల సమస్యకు ప్రభుత్వమే బాధ్యత వహించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. సింగూరు-మంజీరా నీటి విషయంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ ను కలిసేందుకు కూడా సిద్ధమని జగ్గారెడ్డి వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.
