what happens when there's equality (relatviely) in society??

The society stagnates. 

It is observed everywhere. From Venezuela to Norway. while unequal societies with a huge capitive market like US, India, China have forward momentum.. why?

people hate equality. That's why. The upper middle classes refuse to live in a society where there's relative equality, and prefer to live in places where they can be a little special.

so while equal societies offer the best opportunity for its people, a sizeable minority of its population want more riches, more domination etc. 

even when they are not bright enough to achieve it in their society. especially when they are not bright enough.

indians living in the US, will be perfectly happy to live in India. I'm pretty sure. They just need a specific lifestyle to make that move. Rest of the magic inequality sauce, that they need, is present in abundance in India.

understanding the human brain is useful to even change the way it works. what makes you so sure that if humans lived for enough period over generations in an equal society, their attitude to their 'needs' won't change?

I already said I'm talking about europeans, and not indians. indians already live in an unequal society, and move to the US just for better life.
