Plz suggest based on university rating, location, weather, desi community, affordability 7 cost of living.

cs ki mtu em famous kadhu, weather worst cold, students matram ey untaru desi, it's college town. cheap , only on campus community is preffered due to snow from nov-feb almost. last may 11st kuda snow padindhi

IIT is ooora mass..all Telugu people..and area not so safe..but still desis manage..nallolla mugging etc ekkuva..MTu no idea.

MTU vaddu bhayya ..university is good....nenu personal ga 6 months chadiva akkada....manchi grades kooda vachayi but cannot withstand the loneliness of the place there....completely remote area..ah weather and ooriki oka dandam.....but nenu almost depression lo ki vellipoyanu akkada undi....pedda ga indians support adi undadu...those 6 months are the worst phase in my life....this happened 10 years ago bhayya....ippudu ela undo teliyadu akkada conditions....

nen bhi akade chadiva, snow gives depression anukunte asalu povadhu, desis untaru like 20-40  , 5 years back. exact questions adugu, phd mech lo telisina valu unaru , can get info. courses wise info ayna kuda 4 years back grad ayna student ni adagachu
