naa i-94 expire ayyipotundhi in a week , my passport also going to expire in a week applied for renewal already . my visa till august 2020 and stamping also till august 2020 .

can i work till i get my new passport ?

next time india trip velli re-entry appudu i-94 update chesuko vacha with out problem ?

usually when u apply for h1b renewal / extension and approved  then they include 1-94 to reflect this new dates .So if you have different visa expire and earlier i-94 expire date then this means u have to leave country and then reenter ..

 

u can't stay here with expired i-94 that is counted as illegal stay..take Attorney help i'm just passing the info that i know not intended to scare u..

You have to leave the country before i94 expires and re-enter with new passport

In my case i dint get my new passport yet from Indian embassy . 

i cant travle to india also with out passport .

if h1b approval/ amendment is the latest nee i797 bottom page lo new i94 vastundi which be until ur visa approval date..
