agreed daniki statistical programming ane course untundi chala universities lo, nenu masters chesnapdu undi stats and math courses. Programming languages python , scala untunay ipdu , na time ke chala change ayndi 

Datascience model build chese mundu , u have to organise the data, feature engineering and lot of exploratory data analysis  for that u need knowledge of stats like mean, mode, median, standard deviations, hypothesis, inka chala unatay analytical geometry kuda helps

 , u should be good with big data technologies and strong programming skills

EDA ki ms excel kuda use chestaru , macros use chestaru , excel use cheydam easy ankoku , there is a lot in excel but excel valla pedda results undavu its time taking , better approach is go with Python and R for analysis.Python ( pandas, numpy and scikit learn untay ) and R is best for visualization .Big data level lo data scientists use spark MLIB

it needs good experience on lot of things

i build pipelines, feature engineering  veetiki spark, scala,shell scripting, python,java, hadoop, hive, hbase, cassandra , flink, kafka, elastic search, kibana, logstash, regular RDBMS , oozie viti anniti mida working
