Help needed Friend cousin friend brother-in-law

This happend few weeks back  ata.

this guy lives in PG room with others 

so it is a attached townhome.

the owner of the homes is same person.

Name of the person is Alex.

My name is arivind.

alex lives in house A and in house B  Maria, ALex, paul live there

there are two peopel with same name in house A and House B

ALex from House b ordered something from amazon

so Maria from house B is a different kind of person.. 

she does know the name of the person ALex in house B.

SO as the name from amazon was addressing ALex she informed ALex in house B that u got parcel  it came to our house come pickit up.

Maria took the parcel and placed it on the couch. Alex from house B picked it up and went to basement as he lives in basemnet in house B

so Unknowingly Alex from house B went to Basement withoiut knocking the door or making any prior  information/notifying.
