2018 March my offer 5-yoe; SWE; google: 170k base; 440k/4yrs RSU; 45k sign-on;15% yrs target bonus.

2018 May my offer FB SWE; 180k base; 600k/4yr RSU; 70k sign-on.  

Currently in Apple. Wont reveal offer.

I have competing offers. So only lever was RSU. They wont have much wiggle room on base salary.
 Initial offer for FB had only 160k base and 350k RSU. But, shared AAPL offer. then they bumped it to 180k & 600k.
