Illu konte real estate taxes ikkada 1% akkada 3 to 4%. You will end up paying 600$ more in taxes in Dallas than Atlanta.. Dallas lo state taxes undavu kani everywhere else taxes chala ekkuva.

Dallas any day if money is your main criteria to save on taxes. But If your wife doesn't work then it will even out with more property taxes in Dallas. 

Atlanta might be near to lot more happening places if you want to travel.

Housing costs almost similar anukunta.
