The UN Security Council condemns the #Pulwama terror attack, naming Pakistan based Jaish-e-Mohammed. China, that backs JeM Chief Masood Azhar also signs off on the statement which stresses on the need to act against organisers and financiers of such terror attacks. #PulwamaAttack
