So we set out to clarify some of them. If you want to know the answers for Has the H4 EAD removal been confirmed? Can you tell us something about the estimated timeline for H-4 EAD removal? Can I continue to apply for H4 EAD (or) work under H4 EAD when the removal is in progress? Will my existing H4 EAD be valid after USCIS implements the rule ? Should I apply for H1-B Visa and forget about the fate of H-4 EAD? Quote
