Padma Rao Goud Elected Unanimously As Deputy Speaker For Telangana Assembly

Padma Rao Goud was unanimously elected as the Deputy Speaker of Telangana. The news of Padma Rao Goud getting hold with the post of deputy speaker was addressed soon after the start of sessions of the Legislative Assembly byPocharam Srinivas Reddy, Speaker for Telangana Assembly.

 

Later, Chief Minister KCR and Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Rao congratulated Padma Rao Goud. Ministers and MLAs congratulated the new Deputy Speaker. Subsequently, he was offered the seat of the speaker by CM KCR and Opposition Leader MalluBhattivikramarka.

 

Then KCR said, 'The TRS and Telangana movement in 2001 began as a desert journey. Padma Rao Goud has been with us since the beginning of TRS’s reign. Padma Rao in Hyderabad fought at the times of a united-state not to close the shops of Liquor (Kallu). Again, when he has been part of the Cabinet Minister, he took necessary elements for those shops to get renovated. Padma Rao Goud discipline and efforts for the welfare of his constituency people is a great way to show his love towards them.He has demonstrated that such practices in public life can be a great name, a reputation and a great success in the election. "

 

Padma Rao Goud has been serving Hyderabad as a corporator, said Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. He had previously worked as Youth Congress leaders and participated in the Garib Hathavo movement called by Indira Gandhi.
