moving to Bay Area urgent help on FT conclusion

no job on opt from 24 months, now got a offer from desi company. They can pay 35K during rest of my opt then file h1 in April for 50K basic salary on h1 for 3 years then 55K in 4th year. 

 

how is is life style in bay ? Cost living ?

You need to be paid 65k to be elligible in private companies.
