Despite Babu's Orders, Mahanayakudu Sees No Growth

 

As GreatAndhra.com reported earlier, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam party president today asked all his party men to watch “NTR Mahanayakudu” in movie theaters.

He said that the film depicts the greatness of Telugu Desam party. Don’t miss the film, he urged during a teleconference with his party members.

Some party leaders have already begun holding free shows to people.

In many places in Andhra Pradesh, local TDP leaders are putting banners asking people to get free tickets to watch the film. But common people are not showing much interest to grab the free tickets.

The film has not seen any jump in the collections despite Naidu’s repeated requests. Even after five days of the release, the figure for collections remained very low.

If all TDP leaders start buying tickets in bulk to show people free in all towns, the movie may see some jump in revenue.
