Chicago-Naperville Public suggestions please

I am on H1B (10th year) with approved I-140 (Aug-2013). Currently I live in Detroit suburb( I.e.Troy). 

I have two jobs offers – One from Melbourne, Florida and Second job from manufacturing company based in Chicago suburb (I.e. Westmont). I need to make a decision to accept job offer. I am also planning to settle down in one place either at Florida or Chicago area. 

My future boss told me Naperville is good suburb in Chicago land. My family also inclining towards Naperville due to lot of desi crowd and big city Chicago. 

My spouse work for Data Analytics firm (WFH, on H1B), I have two school age kids (2nd and 4th grade). Planning to buy home single-family house in Naperville area. I have budget around 500 to 550K. 

Request your help in answering some of my questions below. 

1) Is it worth relocating to Naperville compare to other suburbs in Chicago suburbs like Downers grove, Westmont, Deerfield or Buffalo grove. 
2) How expensive Naperville compare to other Chicago land suburbs or Detroit Suburb (I.e. I live in Troy)? 
3) How stable Naperville housing market is? Is it bubble or exaggerated like Dallas, TX etc..?. 
4) Is 500 to 550K budget is good for New Single-family home with 4 Bed + 3 car garages in Naperville. 
5) How good are Naperville schools, heard they are good but crowded?.

Naperville is not that expensive

Naperville 170 K + 20 % bonus

Melbourne :  155 K + 15 to 20 % bonus + 20 Sign on.

Melbourne, FL ekkado theliyadhu and assuming not even 2nd tier city. Chicago Ala kaadu....big city and repu neeku and nee wife ki job issue unte easy to find another job within same metropolitan. And schools, lot of options. 

Naperville is the best place to settle...lots of desis (that it self indicstes schools and communities are best). Compared to any similar big city with best suburb, housing is cheaper in Chicago (weather is culprit). For that reason Chicago is never a favorite for housing boom. Steady ga untai rates and not competitive compared to Bay, Seattle, Dallas, East coast.

500k  + lo you can find it.
