Pakistan Violates Geneva Convention Article 3 of 1949 by Beating Indian Pilot.

An Indian pilot is missing in action after a Mig-21 Bison fighter plane was lost when Pakistan jets shot down for violating Indian airspace.

 

Currently, Air Wing Commander Abhinandan is in the custody of Pakistan. A video is going viral in which Abhinandan is clearly seen bleeding his face.

 

In this case, Pakistan violated Geneva Convention article 3 as it is clear in the video that Abhinandan was beaten badly.

 

If Pak doesn’t treat him as a prisoner of war and follow the Geneva Convention, India might get into a full-fledged war, keeping all the peace aside!
