RFE Help!!! Urgent!! Specific Speciality

urgent bayya!!!! Beneficiary qualification meda RFE ochindi!! bachelors in Mech, working on level 3 wage with about 15 years of experience in IT as an Security side Engineer. All of the work experience is in same area. what do you guys think about this RFE bayya? 

RFE says: Information mentioned in the beneficiary's former employers( which are relieving letters and letters acknowledging the beneficiary's resignation do not reflect the information contained in the evaluation.

Additional supporting docs kavali ani asking. provided them all the experience letters and lawyers are also going through the evaluation process to make sure everything is correct.
