While Democrats used former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen's testimony to shed light on the investigation by federal prosecutors in New York, Republicans went after Cohen's credibility as a witness. The testimony revealed new aspects of the investigations in NY's Southern District and raised the prospect that Democrats will call other witnesses, like Trump Organization executive Allen Weisselberg, as well as subpoenaing the president's tax returns.
