Also, indhulo kuda 2 options unnai - roth & Non-Roth. difference is u pay taxes right away, and the other one is u'll pay later. market padipothe, mana 401k value kuda padatundhi but the one who is managing our 401k, they will give you options like low,medium and high risks. you can choose which ever u like - high risk theesukunte, gains/losses are high. so generally ppl go with moderate one.
