Yoooo ye ooru vaya needi... idanta high level lobbying vaya congress ayina BJP ayina. If we are so keen we have defence labs who can work hard and deliver needs. Eg: Tejas LCA which started in 1985 our govt will give palli, batani as fund which is not sufficient to buy even a circuit board.

Note: please don’t give me counter like a flower pot, if you have solid background on this issue only give me counter. BTW I started my career in aerospace worked in these projects.

Saaaami.. 2010 lo ne test success ayyindi vaya HL Bangalore la.. 4 years enough Adi cheyyanike because it’s a success fully test and abdul Kalam travelled in it. My point only on IAF stuff not roads and mess. There should be a priority for R&D instead of paying lakhs of crores to foreigne vendors. I don’t deny the fact roads in north east are developed it’s need must be done. In the same we should think about impact on GDP when we give lakhs of crores to foreign countries. Raafel will not be delivered overnight it will take years in the same time we can develop our own. Look at Israel don’t say they are small country they have their own priorities but today they are world leader in Defense

THIS IS MY OPINION

If your question is straight, then the answer is Pakistan, as they don't want India to improve.

If you question is about blaming the other governments, then the Anti-BJP parties, never said why we need Rafale. They blamed the scam behind the scenes. Even though it is debatable if it is a scam or not

If you are saying Modi did this in just past 5 years, then you are blindly hating the Anti-BJP group. 

if you really want to give credit, then give it to P.V and Vajpayee, as they are the leaders who initiated these reforms.

Also, there are several reasons, why the N.E infrastructure is not build. 

1) Money matters

2) we do not have enough strength to support our N.E borders. Imagine, once we develop roads and infrastructure and we cannot defend ourselfs. By this time China will be in Delhi dictating us.

P.S. I am not modi hater. but I am not blind supporter either.

Ade vaya 1 lakh+ crores vaniki iche badulu andula sagam unna manadi maname seskuntam ga antunna you are missing that logic. A visionary leader should think far not short term goals. I don’t say if congi comes will do am saying modi is not diff than congis when it comes to defence R&D
