Not in Indian society tbf. The structure is pretty set and most likely will not change. Whether you like it or not everyone is objectified - it doesn’t matter whether it is a woman or a man. A man’s worth is in his money and woman’s worth is in her beauty. Women cry more because their beauty doesn’t last and a man’s money will. Once a woman’s beauty fades, a man’s head will turn.
