Interested and wanted to know when American IT market will be free from our desi mafia and fake fabrication.

I am in US since past 5 years and was heard a lot about since very young age through my uncles here in US, how badly our desi people spoiled the IT market and how we are displacing Americans and throwing them out of IT space. I am hearing it from past 20 years. I work for a mid size company and our IT team hardly hire any contractors but they had to do it recently and  hired a couple of contractors ( Indians- probably with fake profiles) to help them out on some implementation and they were very upset about them as they can’t handle simple things and commands . They had to let them go in few days. Friday in a break room the IT manager sit next to me and I asked him how the implementation is going on just to start the conversation and he told me all about it , he says when he interview this particular people they are very great and seems like had lot of experience and in reality they don’t know anything. He said he had very bad experience with Indian guys and that made me feel very bad , I kinda understood he was trying to portrait all Indians are fake profiles. 

Does it won’t stop??? I feel it bringing lots of bad impression on Indians and Indian community. Especially even in small communities, people getting to know how bad we fake it to get the job.

yes morally and ethically I think that’s the right way to get the job. I feel being Citizens of this country Americans needs to get the prioritiy first.

Free ga em evaru. Every one needs to follow the rules. I am talking about how we are ruining our own reputation. Your saying is like,  you can’t afford that jewelry, so no matter how you want to get and wanted to steal that from shop to have it. No offense, just saying.
