B1 to H1b conversion

H1 cap exempt, currently B1 visa in india

one desi employer is willing to apply H1, but he wants first to travel on B1 to USA

Once arrived on B1, start marketing, after job confirmation, apply for H1 ( cam-exempt)

but no premium processing now? what if within 6 months of B1, no h1 approval, can we still continue to stay on B1 until H1 is approved?

 

and what is the risk in this case? please advise. TIA

unbelivable after 6 months if H1 is not approved you need to go back

Risk emi ledu. 95% cases lo change of status approve avvadu ipudu vunna situation lo. So India velli stamping vesukoni ravali.

So B1 meda vachhi desi employer guest lo approve ayyedaka entertain cheyali.

Tourist visa is for tourism purposes only ..

second thing your job opportunity will not wait until you complete the conversion process which could take 4-6 months or upto a year

employer gadu cheyyadam ledu india nunchi...he is saying..USA ochaka marketing chesi...f2f elthey easy ga job osthadi..and then client letter tho file chestha antunnadu..

but my guess is...he is not taking risk...example: india nunchi apply chesaka..stamping aipoyaka...inko employe ki easy ka h1 transfer pettukovachu kada..

he is not taking paisal for application..mottam aade pettukuntunnadu.. so aadi safe game aadu aaduthunnadu I guess.

iyyala repu india la B1 with cap-exempt H1 ki mast demand undi..
