So, it's a hope. Besides, I think YSR himself focused a lot on welfare schemes. Not sure that's the way forward.

What I meant by this is that, I don't know if welfare schemes to the people is good at this time point.

Russian media published what? Even rumors have a limit, there is a reason why no one but Sakshi published it. I am not inclined towards CBN at all, not sure I even like him anymore. Policy-wise, I think welfare is NOT a good thing, though it may gain votes, it's bad in the long run.
