if its new under construction apartment, builder can guide you they will have contacts with banks. interest rate will be same.

if its already built and unoccupied, builder can guide you

 

if its an old one like biuilt few  years or more...talk to all the banks and get contacts...

i took loan to build a house, it took time for them to process everything.

becareful with banks... they told me it will take 15 days to finish the process and get it approved but they took 6 months

 

talk to several banks and ask them for process and interest rates and stuff
