It will have history of who purchased the house first and the municipal permissions, plot allotments etc.. Then check the registration online to validate the owner. If going for a bank loan, they will also verify the documents, registration etc Tharuvatha check the condition of the house , like plumbing, wall painting, main door wood work etc..
