Juan Guaidó said that he will be returning to the country to lead new protests on Monday, risking arrest. Several countries including the UK, France, Spain and the US acknowledge Guaidó as the interim president of Venezuela. US National Security Adviser John Bolton said “any threats or acts against his safe return will be met with a strong and significant response.”
