toranam Posted March 4, 2019 Report Posted March 4, 2019 hello, my current h1b stamping is valid until July 2019. my employer filed an amendment and extension with client B , i received RFE and it is still in progress. i have a valid i-797 for the client A which was my last job. my question is can i travel now to India and come back into USA without any issues by end of march. i do have the receipt notice for the client B amendment filing .
