Urgent India Visa needed : US Born

Need to know what is the process to get  visa from new york Indian embassy for baby born in USA.  They are flying next wednesday.

CKGS has pickup and drop facility ? Anyone went for indian visa recently. How much time it takes ?

Call the embassy.. there used to be a walk in option.. you go in the morning.. submit the application & pick up the visa in the evening..

If its an emergency then they will do it in 48 hours but you need to produce proofs of emergency depending upon the Person that deals with you ..... Start from this link and continue ...

Tatkal visa option untadi...same day delivery with walk-ins. But they will ask reason for emergency and proof's. You cannot just bluff them....if it is medical emergency, they will ask how is the patient related to you and also proof that patient is in serious condition (frnd valla relative was in critical condition....he had to show screenshots of medical reports in mobile phone. Vallaki ah reports ardam aindho ledo theliyadhu anta).

it will take 1 day to complete online firms and baby tesukuni ups ki velli aa papers meeda nuuvu veli mudralu veyinchali 

only drop off no pickup option available

Visa upon arrival untundi ga, but before landing edho doc fill cheyali, i dont know the process though
