Thanks for the suggestion man..But I want to buy rather than lease. Andukey buying a low mileage one so that oka 2 or 3 years tarvatha problems vachina I can dump it.

But again german cars pakka problems vastayi ani enduku antaru? is it a common misconception or realitysSa_j@il

I had a Jetta. I even bought a special reader to read codes for $350 or so, check http://www.ross-tech.com/**-com/  As long as car runs, you are fine. The moment you get check engine lights, the normal autoshop can't help much, unless it is replacing brakepads, etc. So, you need to go an independent shop that is specialized in German cars or dealership. Dealership can rip you off very bad.  One time, the AC stopped working on my car. I took it to a reliable mechanic, and he could not fix it, despite recharging, etc. He asked me to take to the dealership, which charged me $500. Anyway, some fan relay module failed, and replaced it.

18 months later, same AC problem. This time, I bought that relay module myself on ebay for $19 and took it to another mechanic, and told him to just replace it without even checking it. AC started working again. That experience taught me to NOT ever buy a German one. Buy it if you can diagnose it and fix it yourself. Yes, German cars are nice to ride. That's why 70% of german cars are leased. Once the warranty is over, the owner is screwed.

After a couple of $1000 each bills, you realize that lease is worth it.
