Right now na H1b - Sep 2019 varaku undhi..Nenu ippudu H1 Ext cheddam anukuntunna....am I eligible to H1 Premium processing..while my old Amendment still in processing stage ? Ma employer gadni aduguthey correct ga cheppatle... If I were you will start an extention right now better to be safe.. who know both may approve at same time.. my exp: happened to me.. 2 H1 (different employer) same time ( 1 reg , 1 premium) with premium regular H1 also approved. After all of this am i eligible to do premium? as it is like amendment+H1 extension please provide the info Quote
