if you have below 25k , same day same stock koni malli ammite "day trade" antaru. and they allow only 3 day trades for a week. 

if balance is more than 25k, nee istam enni ayina konochu, emaina ammochu anukunta.

You can buy and sell it on the same day as well kani fee avtundi which is called as day trading

Day trade:

ee roje nee dhaggara stocks ammesi dhaanitho stocks konnavante -  u r not supposed to sell the new stocks on the same day, if u sell them they will consider it as day trade. 

i don't think so it's defined based on the amount.
