Visa Stamp is just u need for re-entry while status you have to maintain (i797).

Just stay with status in hand and if you want to leave the country and enter you have to go for stamping or dropbox depends upon ur case

na question ade bro though my h1 with new employer 797 approved but I can start working to them anytime kada what if started after working to them after I returned
