BJP MP Slaps his party MLA with a Shoe!

In a serious embarrassment for BJP, an MP and MLA of their party have involved in a physical attack on eachother. The incident took place at Sant Kabir Nagar, 200 km from state capital Lucknow, where the BJP lawmakers and other leaders gathered for a meeting of the District Action Plan Committee on Wednesday evening. While they were discussing over development activities taken up locally, Sant Kabir Nagar BJP MP Sharad Tripathi has claimed responsible for all the development activities in that region. But, he expressed displeasure for not placing his name foundation stone of a project.

Opposing the claims of MP, BJP legislator Rakesh Singh Baghel said that it was he who developed the constituency. And that statement by MLA has triggered a serious altercation between both of them. Having lost his temper, MP Sharad took off his shoe and slapped MLA Rakesh Singh, who was sitting in a chair next to him. Rakesh also reacted to him by launching a couple of blows on MP's face. The police officials, who were available, quickly reacted to the incident and stopped the argument between two BJP representatives.
