Former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort sentenced to nearly four years in prison in bank fraud case

The 69-year-old was sentenced to 47 months in prison related to his conviction in August 2018 on charges of tax evasion, bank fraud and failing to file a foreign bank account. During the sentencing, the judge said Manafort otherwise lived a "blameless life." In an 800-page sentencing memo, Mueller's investigators had argued for a substantial term of imprisonment.
