I went to court I pled not guilty and  asked the records of the device which detected my speed 

there was 40% error in that as it was not calibrated correctly at regular interval 

ticket got dismissed  COP got dobbulu from judge

after each and every ticket they have reset it.

 

every six months they have get that certified.

 chala untayi  so got rid of the ticket

more over most cops in city does not have funds to meet the necessary regulations.

 so they give more tickets to fund the Dept.

I did not pay any court fee. as it was  not my mistake

 may be the police dept have  paid it.

 the judge said the case is dismissed she was questioning the cops
