Reason why Americans not getting jobs

The second main reasons, Americans won't get jobs because, all non immigrants Indians attend Face2Face interviews@own cost to get that job for $25 an hour. Several times, guys travel from NY2CA for F2F etc. Here is the sample, middle vendors conditions.
