Shamima Begum left London to join the self-styled Islamic State group aged 15. Recently, she gave an interview to The Times newspaper in which she stated she wanted to return to the UK. Soon afterwards, Home Secretary Sajid Javid stripped her of citizenship. After the death of her newborn son, Jarrah, the Home Secretary has faced criticism.
