Police case ite pakka avvadu as both cars are stationary and no passengers present in the car. Velli chepte better, insurance would cover most of the expense. Oke area lo vuntu enduku unnecessary animosity, paiga iddaru same area lo park chestaru kabatti it will look obvious.

both cars are stationary and no passengers in car ah.. idemi rule bro? occupants vuntey incident kindaney kada.. paina cheppinattu.. state ki oka rule vuntundi.. cops don't file a report until the damage is significant.. what is significant differs by state.. some states may have it at 500$.. some at 2000$

You are right bro, depends on the state for sure. I had the same issue, insurance vaadu ade annadu. I mean, personal injury kakapote police case required kaadu for insurance purposes.
