That's interesting, did you even take a vaccine for it? If it's gone, you definitely developed an immune response and you shouldn't get it anymore. I wonder if there are different strains.

Yeah there is vivotif in the US that's the live attenuated vaccine. There is also a vaccine that's dead. Not sure which one is available in India.
