keto 100 yrs back unte janalu ippudu deniki follow avtunnaru suddenga...all the crash diets are just a trend uncle...oka periodlo atkins, paleo, GM, vegan,..ippudu keto

Kadhu bhayya. Vadu evado tv9 lo and anni channes lo vachi hadavidi chesadu. Youtube lo famous ayyadu. Vadi valle manollu chala mandi start chesaru okallu tarvata okallu. 

    US lo ante Keto ne kadhu chala diet plans 100s of years nunchi nadustune unnai parallel ga. There is never a doctor who suggests someone to follow any of these. All they say is low carb and cardio. 

  Cardio would be great, 3500 cal cheste 1 pound and 7500 cheste 1 kg...15 inclination and 35 mts- 500 calories fasak. 20 inclination and 45 minutes - 750 calories fasak just with walking at 3.5 (running avasaram ledu) but manollaki baddakam and ikkada ante 300,400 janalu ekkuva..manollu antha undam and this keto diet will have adverse effects especially ammailaki hair loss etc 😏

i agree...keto may work...but its clear tht there is no much research on it...myself followed keto till last week just to get rid of my carbs addiction...but i mostly take nuts and other healthy fats

Gotcha bro. Even am addicted to carbs( only rice though). Switched to Cauliflower rice, it was little hard to adjust but am used to it now.

I didn’t do keto but for carbs addiction I started off not having sugar in coffee and tea, that made my life lot easy. Sugar craving potey carbs craving antha peddaga ledu naaku .
