There are a number of things that will not make sense in this case, if we will follow the idea that the girl is a victim of rape.

1.) Why was the face skinned? One might argue, "they are just that evil," but no. All crime committed have motive behind them. If rape is the crime and the sexual act has been committed already, why go further? We should also take notice that the way the face was skinned was so deliberate, as if done by someone who had done something like it before. It was not done by some random junkie or whatnot. The MO does not fit.

2.) Why go ahead and steal her organs? We should also take note that they are very specific organs: the tongue, the esophagus, and the trachea. All related to speech. Was it a symbolism of some kind?

3.) The space where she was found is an open space, as if those who did it did not even try to hide it. Normally, a criminal would think of hiding his crime and covering his tracks. But not on this one. It was as if she was put there to be found.

4.) Remember the girl's job?

So, no. There is at least 0.05% chance that this was not a random crime. This was a deliberate and carefully planned crime executed to "silence" a poor young girl who had seen things she should not, heard things she should not, and knew information that shouldn't have existed in the first place.
