Always focus leaning new skills and new technologies 2. If have good and latest skills you can enjoy comfort where ever you are. 3. If Future job offers New skills, higher pay and less risk ( Loosing job Vs Comfort) go for it. Advice : If you are young < 40 years keep leaning new skills rather than resting in one place.
