opt + opt ext = 100% job not even 1 day bench 

last Oct H1 started with small employer with 75K In NJ

got FT in Dec in Charlotte , pay 95K happily converted and h1 approved after changing to premium 

Now today one more job confirmed in Atlanta, pay 125K

is it ok to change jobs in H1 frequently ?

i am scared I might get another job in few months with 150-160K and can I change job?
