Jamal Khashoggi's murder was part of a larger operation to silence dissenters, NYT reports

According to The New York Times, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia was directly involved in coordinating a team to intimidate, detain, kidnap and surveil dissenters. The report alleges that members of the team were involved in the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi last year.
