Take the car to mechanic and ask for estimate to repair. For bumper I think it approximately costs $1500 (Not sure in your case how much it damaged).  If 1000 or 2000 if you have money you can spend in case credit cars are not covering.

What about the car you hit ? Did that car also got damaged?

You better use AMEX or Chase Sapphire cards. I think those will cover eventhough you don't have own insurance?
