Job termination on H1..New employer tho interview monna iyindi..weekend ki job offer chepta anadu..Have some questions.

Job termination last Friday i.e. March 15th aindi..

Lucky ga kotha employer tho job interview padindi(Ante initial rounds last month ainay konni)..final round kuda aindi ee tuesday morning.

Kotha employer ki inka na patha job poindi ani teledu.. Interview bane chesanu ankuna..

So, If they offer me an FTE.. background check lo kani H1 transfer file chesetappudu  gani termination gurinchi telsipoddi.

Offer icheka kotha employer ki chepeydam better ah ? Valu telskunedaka chepakapovdam better ah..

Chala interview process aindi .. I have gone through everything and now if they get to know about termination ...valaki nen cheppaledu ani ankuntaremo kada? Monna tuesday interview apudu kuda paatha job(last friday poindi) inka unatte cheppanu..

H1 filing apudu attorney mana paatha H1 petition number adgutunda? Does it even matter while transferring H1?

Ee fulltimes kuda last month nunche nadustunnayi calls (Even a month before i got terminated.)

HR chala vague ga reply chesindi..ni 60 days grace period March 15 nunche start aindi..you have to find a new employer in 60 days and file new H1 anindi kani ..revoke gurinchi em cheppaledu mari.malla adguta repu morn...Online lo WAC number chustey normal ga ne undi status..entha time padatti ..villu revoke chesi..USCIS ki reach ai ..status update avdanki? Any idea bro?

ekkuva late aithe recent pay stubs adugutadu appudu share cheyyali attorney to.. any ways., it doesn;t impact your h1 process throgh new employer.

Picha light uncle.... consulting madarchod gallu ive katal mingutaru... manadi same situation 6 months back 20 days lo process completed. Now joined top auto maker H1 approved for 3 years all is well.... now used all my contacts to pull down that consulting madarchod sale.. successfully cancelled his 2 contracts by my contacts and non one recruiting people from his fake factory I shouted word out to all my recruiter friends about the fake factory

which mean they already sent revoke request to USCIS on your last working day and she is saying to utilize 60 day rule which USCIS approved few years back to protect people like in your situation. I think its better now to inform new employer about this, but let them know once they confirm the offer.

I got an offer just today. It is in Richmond , VA. 😁.😎.

Ipudu na new employer H1 file chesta documents pampi repu annadu..... danlo paatha paystubs kuda adgadu..But, I am out of employment for two weeks now bhayya...vidiki nenu inka admit kuda cheyledu patha job poindi ani..Last Friday ne poyanu onsite ki aithey..ivaley decision chepesaduu ...

Is it better to confess to him after signing the offer letter? Is it better to tell it to Attorney only?

Is it okay to not tell to anyone until they asked ?
