This is not true, the moment employer files petiton to revoke even if it doesn't really gets updated it is considered as one. You can take an appointment with attorney and cross verify if you don't trust what I  said.

H1 transfer apudu problem auddi antava ? will the revoke petition will reach USCIS by now ? March 15th na poindi job.

60 days time untadiga poina grace period la..Should my attorney or new employer send a letter of explanation for my job termination etc along with H1 transfer?

60 day rule naku confirm ga teliyadhu like adi andhariki work avuthayo ledo ani if you have to have 140 approved. So just to be on safe side find out. No need for any letter but new employer should file ASAP

dont reveal anything now till you get offical offer letter. Any way  since you DOJ is April 15, you are missing almost 1 month of paystub. Talk to Attorney and tell them to use 60 day rule. when applying for transfer.
