check with near by universities... try to reach out to prof personally and ask... compensation isthaa anu...make sure to carry cash not check.cash attracts them

This is horrible advice. You don't just bribe a prof. Show him your work and ask him to give you a reference.

Andaru free ga ne chestaru. GC ki apply chestetappudu 10-12 profs recommendation istaru. You just send them your Google scholar profile, your CV and a draft of the letter (sometimes). You should never bribe a prof.

Yes, unknown professors kuda chestaru. If they cited your work or you cited their work. You just need to email them. Even if they haven't cited your work, they will still give recommendation letters. You should never bribe them.

TS said he needs an expert letter in pharmacy though, not IT. I don't know anything about H1B, I am not sure.
