After i-140 Approval

H1b transfer after i-140 approval from A to B. Can we keep moving companies just transferring H1 until priority dates become current?? I mean is that a problem at the time of h1b extn if 140 was approved from A and you are at B at the time of extn. Thanks in advance.

yes, but whenever ur dates are current..

u need to have ur 140 approved with the employer whom u r working with at that time..

else go back to first employer who did it..

So H1 extn with B with i140 approval from A should not be an issue?
