Old house ithe Open house ki velli vala realtor unte....dual realtor ga use cheskoni....Seller ni inko 2-3 % house meeda taggimani adgochu...

Better to have a realotr as Buyer will not pay a Dime to a realtor....Desi realtor gaalu ithe inka  vala commision 6% lo 1% manaki istarru.

house కొనేటప్పుడు buyer ఏమి commission pay చెయ్యడు ...seller pays commission to agents (Seller agent and Buyer agent ) .. buyers try to share (try to get back from buyers ఏజెంట్/realtor) from buyer's earnings/ commission paid by seller.
